How does medical equipment rental work?
Choose the equipment, pay a refundable security deposit and the first rental period (weekly or monthly). We deliver, install and demonstrate it. When you no longer need it, call us — we pick it up and refund the deposit after inspection.
Is rented equipment safe and hygienic?
Yes. Every unit is deep-sanitised, serviced and performance-tested between rentals, and consumables like masks, tubing and filters are always provided new.
Should I buy or rent?
As a rule of thumb: rent for short-term recovery (under 3–6 months) and buy for long-term or permanent needs. Our team will do the honest math with you before you decide.
How fast is emergency delivery?
Within city limits we typically deliver and install critical equipment (oxygen, ventilators, suction) within 2–4 hours, any time of day or night.
Do you provide installation and training?
Always. Our technician installs the equipment, checks it with the patient, and trains family members or attendants until they're comfortable operating it.
What if the equipment develops a fault?
Call our 24/7 support line. For rentals we repair or replace the unit at no cost, usually the same day. Purchased equipment is covered by manufacturer warranty, and we coordinate the service for you.
